2025 Pony Club Year in Review

2025 was an exciting year for Connecticut Valley Pony Club members. We recruited three new members to join the club! Over the course of the year, our members attended: 

• Mega-Mega Quiz Prep
• NY/Upper Connecticut Regional Quiz Rally - where our member, as part of a mixed team (that means a team with kids from other clubs and regions), placed First overall for junior Ds and Bryson, placed third highest overall for individual Ds.
• Connecticut Horse Symposium hosted by UCONN  
• Green Mountain Horse Association Junior Horsemanship Clinic
• Cross Country Clinic with Cooper Madden Hennessey at Fitch's Corner
• Regional Standards Clinic hosted at Riga Meadow
• Mounted & Unmounted certification clinics at Fox Ledge Farm
• Dressage lesson with Ann Guptil
• Five of our members achieved new certifications
• Mostly monthly mounted games lessons/practices
• Unmounted badge meetings (with potluck specials!)
